the handout from the mass on the day of christian burial for mary bonk, forever young in the lord, at saint stanislaus, bishop and martyr, church in cleveland, ohio. she was born into life november 8, 1905 in kesterville, pennsylvania, and was raised in poland with her parents john and victoria leia, sister apolonia, and brother stefan. she was married to peter bonk, who preceded her in death at the age of 78. mary filled the role of mother graciously and bore seven children: helen, peter, stella, sophie, mary, agnes, john. there are 18 grandchildren who lovingly remember mary as their grandmother. seventeen great grandchildren boastfully claim mary as their great grandmother. mary died at the age of 92 years at jennings hall on tuesday, november 18, 1997. may she rest in peace!
